Poor Customer Service

After the leggings I purchased for my newborn promptly developed a hole in the fabric I contacted customer service via phone for a replacement. They had me send in a picture of the pants and I did so immediately but never received a response back. I also emailed surrounding the new customer acquisition code and again received no response. While we liked the other clothes that we purchased the team lost a customer based on the way these situations were handled.
