Oatmeal Heather Tights - Toddler

After ordering pajamas and other clothing in the past, I felt the sizing ran a little large. When ordering these tights, I took that into account, as I needed the tights to fit my daughter now, and in the future; I ordered size 2/3(current size) and next size up. The order I received was TWO pairs same size(2/3) and they ran small. My daughter wore them once and complained about them being way too tight. They would have been lovely otherwise, and washed nicely.
