Impossible!

I reached out to your company SEVERAL times about this order. I tried emailing, calling, as well as filing a notification with PayPal but I heard nothing back. I cancelled the order and filed a grievance with PayPal and they never heard back from your company either. I was charged and received a notice my package was set for pre-shipment but USPS never received the package. So disappointed in the customer service with Oliver and Rain. I don’t think I will try and order again.
