Photo Contest Rules
Please see rules below for entering our photo contest. Good luck!
- All photos must be original work, taken by the entrants. No third party may own or control any materials the photo contains, and the photo must not infringe upon the trademark, copyright, moral rights, intellectual rights, or rights of privacy of any entity or person.
- Entries will not be accepted unless submitted via the official contest channel, on Oliver & Rain’s website.
- No purchase is necessary to enter this contest. Your photo must contain Oliver & Rain apparel or accessories. We reserve the right to disqualify entries that do not meet this requirement.
- All entries will be judged by the marketing department at Kanopy Brands, Oliver & Rain's parent company. We reserve the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet the requirements or follow the rules listed here.
- By entering the contest, entrants agree that photos submitted can be used by Oliver & Rain for advertising purposes, including displaying your submitted image in our social media channels, digital advertising, and on our website.
- One grand prize winner will receive a $1,000 Oliver & Rain gift card to be used on www.oliverandrain.com. A second place winner will receive a $500 gift card. Three runner ups will receive a $250 Oliver & Rain gift card.
- All entries must be submitted by November 12, 2021. The winner will be chosen on November 15, 2021 and contacted by November 16, 2021.
- The winners will be contacted via the email address provided during entry. If no response is received after three business days, a new winner will be selected and the previous winner will forfeit all rights to the prize.
- One unique submitted photo = one entry. The more unique photos you share, the more chances you have to win. We will remove all duplicate entries/photos.
- The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
