Oliver and Rain did not send item and charged me for the product.

Order #0RS23716 Bubble Fish Unionsuit - 3M was never delivered, it was back ordered and I never received the item or a credit. I am waiting for $18.00 plus 9.25% tax for a total of $19.67.
Company does not deliver products and takes your money.
