Missing order

Super disappointed in the customer service. I ordered 2 items, only 1 showed up. Of course things happen so I reached out to customer service right away. I did not hear back so a few days later again sent another email into customer service and also tried calling. Again no answer or return email. Ive now had to try to dispute this with my credit card company and notified Oliver and Rain I would be doing so and still no answer. Yet now I receive an email from them to complete a review 🤔
