Poor customer service

I'm so disappointed with the communication from Oliver and Rain. I ordered just 2 items and my order arrived with only 1. Things happen of course so I reached out to customer service that day and got no response. I was charged the full amount so I followed up again a few days later, no response. I finally contacted my bank to dispute the charge and even they could not get in touch with anyone in their customer service so thankfully my dispute went through. I would never order anything from here again when their are so many other awesome companies who have amazing customer service and communication.
