I gave a poor rating as your customer service and shipping has gone down hill since I last ordered from you. I tried numerous ways to contact you when I hadn’t received my order (weeks went by with no word) and you were either non-responsive or the contact info no longer worked (email, website contact form and phone number). I asked PayPal for a refund because I thought I had been scammed. The shipment I finally received contained incorrect products. I never got the Oasis Geo print cap and gown. Instead it was a two piece for a girl and a bib for a girl. I gave them away because your customer service is impossible to get a hold of. It is unfortunate. I have ordered items from you in the past with no problems. Something has changed in a not so good kind of way.
