NEVER RECEIVED - SCAM!

My package was never given to the post office and therefore never received. I am beyond upset and frustrated with this company!!! They took my money, and despite MANY efforts to contact them, was unable to reach anyone. Not even sure if they are still in business. What a joke and scam

Terrible company that does not respond to customer service requests when clothes never delivered

I’ve ordered from this company twice. First time items were lost in mail they would not refund and only gave store credit. I gave them another chance and ordered a second time. Lost in mail again. It’s been over a month. 12 emails later no response whatsoever and I don’t have my items or my money back in any way, not even store credit. I’m going to report them to the BBB and dispute the charge with my bank.
