Wrong Order and No Response from Customer Service

I received the wrong order. I immediately contacted the company via email. No response. I tried their phone number, but the line was out of service. After multiple attempts to reach them via email, I never heard back. Very disappointed with my experience. I will not be ordering from them again.

Unfortunately , I have not received the St. Bernard suit ahich is too bad. At this point it won’t fit the baby. No way to contact you either. Email not responded too.

This company had no problem taking my money but seems to struggle with actually fulfilling orders and communicating. I have received none of my packages and it looks like I never will. I reached out through multiple emails and social media posts with no response. I left a review on their Facebook page to try to prevent others from being scammed like I was.
